Also known as alternate nostril breathing, yogic breathing & in part The Wim Hoff method. Pranayama can be very powerful breathing methods that can quickly quiet & relax the mind. There are many varieties of Pranayama each with its own purpose, we teach over 10 varieties depending on the desired outcome.
